Most likely a pump. Always ask for info. Where did they get their info, show me links on why you built your conclusion. If no answer or info then it is a blind pump. Be careful if they do show you charts because they may be using smoke and mirrors.

yahoo is known for having huge pumps from nowhere... but you never know. Always ask where they heard it from.
