Hail Mary: Except that the initial falls both yesterday and today have been on light volume. After the initial fall volume picked up as buyers stepped in. Yesterday the ensuing battle saw the buyers regain much ground. It may happen again today.
Usually when the stock trades like this, there is something behind it. I'll probably be invested in AMD for at least the next year and a half, but that doesn't mean I don't pay attention to short term momentum and news. There could be something significant here.
Maybe it has something to do with HP's recent withdrawal of its Opteron 850 TpmC submission. Doesn't sound very good at all!!
Probably not but I thought you guys might like to see how inane mindless FUD is when the shoe is on the other foot. ;-)
