Addax said the JDZ would "double or more" the size of their company. They said it when they were at $7B. So they value the JDZ at $7B+.

ERHE's rights are similar, minus block 1. ERHE's rights outta be worth $5B+ or $7+ per share.

Current rights only. Throw in this newest project and a whole lotta luv from the EEZ and $20-30 is very reachable.
