hmm. agreed from here, but it may be some wishful thinking, too. have tried to buy more on gut - not yet filled; is that a sign (hopefully is not good money after bad, since we really do not know how this is going to turn out)?
the one thing that kind of puzzles/concerns me about the agreement (please anyone, tell me what i am missing), is that any consideration described under the agreement flows to lariat and american, pgpm's "associates". is not american another rf co? what is the chance of all of the consideration and value to come from this being funneled off to rf and/or via compatriots/associates, bypassing and leaving us outsider pgpm sh's in the cold? what am i missing, and where is there anything that says pgpm shareholders are getting anything? why would they be getting anything? nonetheless, given the nature of this beast and the current pps, it seems worth something of an additional risk after all the years of helplessly watching.
