Addax has failed to date to get rigs. What has changed? Have more become available? Not speaking of the AA which is STILL stuck in drydock. I am skeptical, please make me a believer that Addax can obtain a rig for the GOG, where they have failed in two previous attempts. Please show me, I want to see it, but I dont believe it.
