i think it is pauls fault,,,and thats because he told us so many thing that they were not true...all he did was selling shares for zero money and he didnt care about the loyal share holders who bought into his company at $.01 or so just because of all the lies he said!!!tell me one good thing about spooz now???it is trading at .0002 and people lost 99% of there money in this pos stock and all what we hear is next month and next week and so and nothing happened!!!!i think they fail and there tools is worthless and thats jmho

MuchCompensation, I'm not sure who called Peng He what but here are the charges levied by Spooz, Inc. against Jame Groves, Peng He and Logic Box LLC verbatim from Pacer Service Center's web site:

"BACKGROUND":
"Plaintiff filed a six count complaint. Count I is a state law claim for Misappropriation of Trade Secrets. Counts II & III are common law claims for Interference with Business Relations and Economic Advantage. Count IV is an Unfair Competition claim alleged to arise under federal law. Count V is a common law Fraud claim. Count VI is a common law claim for breach of contract."
