Agreed. He needs to come clean. I can't see myself supporting Pandey's reinstatement unless I saw some evidence that he has the common stock shareholders' interests in mind. His track record is dismal in that regard. Unfortunately, it all seems to come down to the lesser of two evils, and in that regard it's a coin toss as far as I can tell.
