Send it back, sell it, or store it at the plant. Don't leave it sitting in customs.

The gov't is asking for $500K in import tax (Correct me if i'm wrong), and XKEM doesn;t have it...

So they are limited in what to do with the equipment.

ES, relationship building one area that I think Dr. Pandey excels in. Xechem definitely needs someone that can work on those relationships and honestly this is one of the biggest reasons he needs to get back in, in my opinion.

I totally agree about the equipment, something should have been done. If it wasn't needed it shouldn't have been shipped in the first place, if it was needed later, it should have been delayed.
