I talked to Janet Jordan, President and CEO of Global Medical testing. She has known Dexter a long time, going back to DISA days. She started GMT in 1989. I came away with a very good impression. GMT already has a client base and even have mobile units they can send out to clients to collect samples. They have been used in drug testing for offshore platforms as well as DOT and non-DOT clients and are used to test athletes at the US Open tennis competition. She said GMT and Labwire are a good fit. She talked about compliance with collection guidelines and was very knowledgable.

Think this release might have something to do with the new FACTA compliance line that Dexter spoke of in the last Wallst.net interview.
