Mr. Osorio was the first gentleman I spoke to at the Government of Belize, Ministry of Finance who knew not the details about BLDV. He recommended I speak to his supervisor, Mr. Joseph Waight, to get those details.
Well, yesterday, I did. Mr. Waight would rather you pickup the phone and call him. That's even quicker and more direct. Surely since you say that this is what I am claiming that you can pickup the phone and call him to see if I am speaking the truth.
