Hi ladyvol :-) A very wise friend offered some sound advise & I think I'll take him up on it. You can fight for the data, but you can't continue to fight against the desired interpretation of it without it taking its toll -- on both sides...
BHUB's nerves are frayed & I cannot honestly predict the outcome without my subjective influence. The most important thing for current shareholders is to trade again. For potential traders, the most important thing is for BHUB to trade again. That's the current commonality regardless of intention.
So the "in the moment" dynamic cares less about the fundamentals of the business BHUB acquires and about the management's track record than it cares about being able to watch an active ticker.
I'm going to let that rest.
