In my opinion, no. But, I also don't think any real buy-out is going to happen that a common shareholder will be able to understand or benefit from. And then the company and Mira Mar will blame the bashers on investment websites for squelching the deal or killing a good thing.
Hopefully I'm wrong, but I have no reason to see it any differently based on past results.
I'm sure others here will give opposing viewpoints.
