It all sounds good on paper, doesn't it. Looks like another attempt to try to support the share price through PR's/filings, something thats failed miserably so far. I figured once it went subpenny there'd be all kinds of wonderful promises made.....I see they didn't disappoint me. Woundn't surprise me to see something else released later on tonight.

Who serve as officers of the issuer and also as officers or directors of a separate China based company seeking to conduct business with the issuer. The separate China based company being a State funded company with assets of 200 million Chinese Yuan with Bonds and Debentures secured by the Chinese Government, for the purpose of acquiring some or all of the outstanding stock currently in the float of the issuer.

200,000,000.00 CNY = 29,214,566.38 USD

So it looks as if the officers went to one or both of their two State banks and essentially established a war kitty. This is going to be interesting. What exactly will they buy ... the float ... the 'Belize' assets ... to be continued.
