The consolidation is the point where the believers are buying as many shares as the non-believers and profit takers are selling. This causes the stock to go from a dive and start moving side ways as HTOG now is doing. The people leaving the stock are leaving gaps in the ask. If the buys out number the sellers and the stock breaks upward then there's little to stop the rise in pps. Which is what we're hoping for with HTOG.
