I wouldn't call it a shakedown. That implies the MMs bring it down intentionally. I think the pullback is perfectly natural at this point. The buying is not driving it up and these pullback are normal. This one is behaving well and does not seem to be suffering from manipulation like so many other pennies. JMHO This is one that we can hold and be comfortable in so doing.
It is easy to figure out what you believe. The difficulty lies in determining - is what you believe the truth.
