I'm sorry. I never meant to imply that we were trading a shell. But the previous pr that gave 9 July as a date of record for the new shares leads me to believe that the market may believe the proceeds of the buyout will go to shareholders of record (with t+3) from 6 July.

If things go thru as planned that is what we are trading...a shell...but somebody go get the rest of the pr/pinksheets filing and it says they have another reverse merger in the wings to make this shell a go getter...with a Costco type Chinese franchise. Who can pull that filing up...I am an old woman with few computer skills...lolol...Lindy
