but are they buys or with all the confussion that seems to be shrouded with minmarr are people selling? If they were shorts covering it would appear that the SP would go up so that makes me think that more and more it is dilution please some one help explain why I should not think this is the company printing shares please. It just seems suspect with great news like this an dvolume going but nothing moving
