Don't you remember? The attorneys offered a release form to anyone who wanted it. By signing, they agreed to turn over all their stock to the company.

It was my understanding that nobody gave their shares back eben though there was an avenie to do so. I have nothing in writing and no proof of this however.
so it is just my opinion
