The sad fact is that in the pinks most times its not Hedge funds or MM's doing the shorting.... Its the company or insiders themselves.

Whether they short against restricted 144 shares or 504 shares it doesnt matter. They short until the shares come off restriction. and then cover by turning them in.
Whether or not that is the case here is not for me to say but its just another thought.

The PPS of this company has nothing to do with fundamentals or the lack of varifiable info......
