I think every single one of the deals these guys have brought to the public markets has been an absolute failure. Dividends were promised that were never paid and all of the deals have been massively diluted leaving the shareholders who supported them with next to nothing.
Scam or disasterously inept? Does it really matter? The failure rate is 100%
