fly.In the constuction bussiness .Osha will slap a $50,000,plus fine on a company in a heart beat.And more.They make heavy examples to keep people safe.They will also shut dowm a company.Until things are fixed.What am I saying?They are already shut down.

This is quite a lot of heresay. Can you help sort it a bit?

Is the employee who filed the OSHA report the same one who was "electrocuted"?

I assume the accident victim filed an L&I claim which, in some states at least, would trigger an OSHA notification and subsequent follow up.

In the case of a serious accident such as electrocution, OSHA would do more than follow up on it, they would pay them a visit.

I know this for a fact. Having worked in Biotech where "hot" materials were in use, even the smallest claim got us a visit.

That's what I've been asking. Where did all that sharholder money go? Our money!!!

1 for 5,300,000,000,000,000 and counting. What will the next RS be for, 1 for 350? That would bring it up to: 1 for 1,855,000,000,000,000,000.
