many talk about naked shorting and big squeezes but in eleven years of trading pennies i've never seen the MMs get beat.
no matter what happens, they make money, especially NITE.
i do think that this stock will do very well in the coming week and maybe long after that depending on drill results and debt problems.
i think from here it goes to about .08, which is double its previous high this month. that's short term and it should get there quickly
but at some point all the shares shorted will be set free and the stock will crash quickly. daytraders will also enter again which will slow down the run as they quickly cash in for 100% gains and then do it again.
i think you have to sell some on the way up or you will be trapped at some point as stocks get dumped all at once.

Great point about the proxy vote.Perhaps this was the reason that the company announced the need to increase the a/s ?
