The SEC is just getting back from there 4th of July holiday, I think the national partner/distributor has and will be ramping up production! EI's mention of slowing things down just gave the shorties a reason to walk while longs are sitting back drinking a cold one knowing were not setting up for small gains this time around, a few ticks won't matter much. all in my opinion thanks for the facts.
