V1 ,

just to answer your question as to whether or not I was in the meetings with the national distributor, no I was not physically involved in any negotiations that were taking place. I am just an investor here like everyone else and I leave the running of the company to the management team. BTW: I am very comfortable with the way that my money is being put to use.

Here is an excerpt from the update that better explains the meetings with a national distributor.

Marketing and Sales

Although one can ever be satisfied with any level of sales that is not exponential in
growth, Eternal Image continues to experience excellent demand for our products. The
demand is so great, in fact, that if we had all of our products currently in production,
many of our previously stated sales objectives would already be achieved and perhaps
exceeded.
That being said, our sales focus this quarter has been to develop a national distribution
channel that could ensure the maximum exposure throughout our current lines rather than
attempt to fulfill demand on our own. We executed this strategy deliberately knowing it
would cost us some short term sales in exchange for long term gains. It is of the utmost
importance that we achieve economies of scale through an existing distribution channel
thereby allowing us to move more products at minimal cost by reducing the need for an
internal sales force.
As such, we are nearing completion of a national distribution agreement that we hope to
implement this quarter. Once this agreement is achieved, we will be poised to have an
immediate channel for all products that are ultimately to be built within the operations
side of our business. Eternal Image is being positioned to provide our products at
"internet speed" to the ultimate customer in our market; the end consumer. In addition,
we will be aggressively marketing our urn products to the "post-need" consumer. These
are individuals who have already put the cremated remains of their loved ones in a
traditional urn prior to the existence of our current product lines. In fact, many
consumers are even waiting for their respective teams to come out (or other products such
as Precious Moments, Star Trek and the CFA urns) in order to transfer their loved one to
an Eternal Image urn. In closing, the sales future is very bright for Eternal Image and
will ultimately pave the way for all of our product introductions through top line growth.
