LOL- like it or not it is the holy holy grail and if SEC (THE GOVERNING BODY) dont like what they see there is no uplist.
-do you not understand sb2form and how serious it is and why they have to follow every little thing say AND THEN DO IT.
-or ETNL will stay a stinkypinky
-i post this website for educational reasons ,and like other decent investors, will inform ,like i was informed for new and old investors so dont try and shut us down when we are providing FACTS.
-the sb2form is packed with alot of information and can be confusing to some, but it is all there if you do understand the rules and forms and what they mean pretaining to the act of 1933
