Why a Nevada Corp?

In short. better protection of Mgmt. against lawsuits and liabilities. This is why many con companies are registring their companies in Nevada, screw the shareholders and get away with most of the time. This, of course, does not mean that all Nevada companies are bad. Far from it. I nevertheless check any Nevada company twice b4 getting into it.
