Bottom line is that, right now it's all speculation.

If it was definite, how in the WORLD do you think it would be tanking this bad? You know that there are MMs w/billions of shares in this... they clearly have already manipulated the heck out of the stock before... so they could do it again. It would easily be worth a couple hundred thousand shares to push their remaining millions up closer to a dollar to be paid out at 8x that price.

Use some common sense.
