That second date has not been identified so the formula given yesterday applies from now to the closing date. They are simply saying not to worry about the PPS so much because the shares will be worth .10 (or 8x should it go down any further)

The intent was for the buying public to crush the shorts with buys but unfortuantely all of the buying public does not reside here on IH or pinksheets.com so who the heck else knows what's going on?
