Too many shareholders, and I am one of them, did not carefully think through the time frames on the closing, and thought something would probably have happened by now. Looking back, what is happening now should have been easily predicted. It should have been clear that nothing was going to happen for at least two or three weeks after the last PR. Especially since the CEO said both parties had agreed that no news would be released until after the closing was final. Many were so jubilant they actually thought the deal would be closed the day after the 5 day DD period was up! The board was festive with predictions of pre market news as early as that Monday. Pretty naive thinking when looking back.
