Well if it closes the sale today, right now, it's already worth 10.71% less than yesterday isn't it? And if there is absolutely no incentive for any new buyers to come in or existing shareholders to buy more...what direction do you think this stock price is going to continue to travel in?

They need to clarify this ASAP before we end up in sub-penny land.
