Sam, that is a pretty strong accusation against Ameritrade based on a rumor. I find it pretty hard to believe the statement:

"it is to protect their short positions on Tara Gold as Tara Gold Holds 80% of Tara Minerals shares and the higher the value , the more value in Tara Gold."

I have read many boards for many pinks and there is never a failure of someone blaming the poor performance of a stock on "naked shorting". There are a multitude of reasons that we are where we are but to blame a major brokerage for our sickening stock price is stretching it pretty far.

Don't get me wrong....I want this thing to run. I have over 70K shares at a basis much higher than our current price, but I don't think that your statement is accurate.

are you speaking of online trades or over the phone? it is not that uncommon for TDA to halt online trades but i have never heard of them not allowing over the phone trades which are free with a little complaining.

as for taking action, this is the OTC not the big boards. CEOs lie, cheat and steal on a daily basis with zero reprocussions.
