For the millionth time, the closing day was yesterday. It closed at .014.

if closing is .0125 ...then multiply by 8 = ten cents !

the .10 means if closing is .01 x 10 = .10 cents !

imo the .10 is the price commanded by mgt to the brokers/mm buying price !
