Still restricted on TDA too. This is the email response i got on 6/27:

Thank you for your email. The information that we have is the name change was effective into shares of CASTLE TECHNOLOGIES INC (CSTC) with a CUSIP number of 148520109. We are still awaiting these shares from the transfer agent. The reason that these may be taking longer than normal is because for a period of time the issuer did not have a transfer agent. During this time the Depository was still taking deposits for these shares so they may be some back log of certificates. Once a new transfer agent is assigned they will go through all of the certificates and determine which shares are valid and which are not. The shares that are valid will be converted according to the name change and the other shares will be returned to to Depository. Once the new shares are received at the Depository we will be able to credit these shares to your account. Thank you for your continued patience regarding these shares.
