Dilution doesn't have to be every day....
May 8 I believe was when the filing came out with the sharecount. In the 43 days since, 467,370,404 shares traded hands, or an average of about 10.87 million shares a day.

Since the transfer agent is "El Gaggo," there is NO WAY to know how many of those 467 million shares have come into the float. Remember, the shares from the lawsuit already had hit. Considering that it is "claimed" that the longs own the "float" which would be 989 million shares (or 679 if you want to claim that doesn't include the lawsuit shares), I'm betting there's a nice portion of shares added to the total by now. How many? We'll find that out after 2 more months of trading and silence by the GAGGED T/A.

Since the short position is only 3 million shares or so, that leaves quite a few more to deal with. And since there's no proof whatsoever that any naked shorting is going on, that is off the table.
Therefore, IMO there is plenty of dilution that the company is choosing to hide by not changing T/As, which is being done to make sure the R/S that is coming can occur without any hint of warning, IMO.
Considering the extreme expenses that will hit the books this month alone, I'd venture that the company is issuing shares whenever they can, even on the "slow" days.
