At least in Ray's case he'd have to get the other folks whose names are on the title of "his" homes to agree to putting the houses up for collateral.... :-)
Ray's 2 homes in Tucson alone are worth in the 4-5 mil range. One is an absolute beaut. He's also got 2 homes in Cal and a fair amount of property in New Mexico. Potential funding scenario there. Destiny is spot on - it is like xmas in July, though my 1% trading rule prohibits me from acquiring any more :(
