yofal- here's what you do

I had the same problem. I had to search for an app, like "Netter's Anatomy Flash Cards" (which I think is pretty cool). Bring up the description of the app itself, then look on the iTMS nav bar just above the description. It should say [home icon]>app store>etc.

Click on app store.
