2,599,595 Number of securities remaining available for future issuance under equity compensation plans (excluding securities reflected in column (a)) (c)




These 2,599,595, I believe those are Class A Warrants exerciseable at $0.30.

There are also another 6,000,000 Class A Warrants exerciseable at $0.30

And another 6,000,000 Class B Warrants, with exercise price $0.40.


These last 12 million Class A + Class B Warrants are held by the CD holders.


Should the CD's ve paid off, or cancelled, all or partially, ... the Warrants will remain and could eventually be exercised at the exerciseable prices.
