Wonder why you never commented on the actions of your " poor innocent, picked on Iranis " in Lebanon and Syria

I don't see any. I see Syrians (who are Sunni by the way) and Lebanese. Perhaps if the Israelis didn't continue to invade their neigbors and commit crimes such against humanity as would turn a man's stomach there wouldn't be a need for armed resistance. I see you have a problem with that resistance buying weapons and receiving training, but it seems ok by you if we provide that kind of support to others

I didn't enjoy hearing ahout the pain that Nazis visited on Jews. I'm even more dismayed to see Jews become Nazis, and there are very few people in the world who don't see that. Between the Gestapo, SAVAK, KGB, Shin Bet... find me some daylight, a shade of difference.

Lastly I wish Iran the best of luck. We overthrew their democracy, installed a puppet regime and brutalized them for two and a half decades. Small wonder that they're distrustful. It should be small wonder that they're hardening their defenses and preparing for the worst. I don't think they could take us here, but I think they could there. I think we'd find the Iraqi "government" more on their side than ours.

I'd kind of hate to see an American army defeated in the field too. And I don't mean forced to retreat. I mean defeated.. killed or taken prisoner by the tens of thousands. Keep in mind this unattributed quote: Amateurs think strategy, Generals think logistics. Then look at the strait of Hormuz and the long distance from the Shatt al Arab to Baghdad. After that, get out a calculator and divide the amount of gasoline on hand by the gallons per hour consumed by a gas-turbine powered Abrams or Bradley. See how you make out.

Next consider that an attack on Iran at this time might be the disaster that finally breaks America's stranglehold on the world... but I need a few more years to prepare for that and get out of the way. So hold your horses there hero.
