Yea, for the traders, ones that go from one stock to another, this will prevent them from investing in anything else for a long time if it is paid in stock over time. I took money out of another, very respectable company to put in this, and if this is paid out over time, I will probably lose the opportunity for a LOT more money then they are giving me for this stock.
