I don't think there's a date. They want us to purposely kill the shorts at their own game. Let the public crush these people.................They're not just letting us shareholders know they're also inviting new ones for the job and willing to pay a fraction of the 50 million lost to these people to do it. JMO

I understand it as everybody that was in today or prior gets the first class of shares, but everyone who holds shares as of tomorrow, will get the second class of shares. What is confusing is the 2 million for the first class of shares. it seems too low.
