Well said...he has the product and the packaging yet he has a nack for shooting himself (and us) in the foot every time. Maybe he is self-destructive and can't deal with the possiblity of success. Something is wrong. It could be that he tries to do everything himself and either doesn't know how to deligate or is too cheap to bring professionals in.
Then there is the possibility that things are exactly as he wants them to be and he has no desire for more out of his companies. That could be.
