Someone dumped 2 million shares

at the close......

THe only action we have seen thus far is dulution and

You are correct, "Sheridan is no dummy". Maybe we are the dummies for buying all those shares that the CD holder is dumping with no end in sight? I'm down 85% and counting.

I did speak to Sheridan and he said that getting a handle on dilution and SP reduction is his number one issue. I just wish he had tackled this issue before the loyal, long time shareholders were wiped out. Once a company is in a "death spiral" which is what I believe we are in now, it becomes very difficult, if not impossible, to reverse!
