6 whole weeks, wow, you must be be getting ready to blow the dust off those shares (42 days must seem like a lifetime to you). Not sure if that is LTDI's Carolina Hernandez but she is the plaintiff. It looks as though the defendant is a collection agency that specializes in real estate (namely apartments)
