IMO, after doing basic DD on Spooz, It's quite apparent that there is an obsessed element merely grabbing straws to contradict simple reason because they seem to not have any real basis for their opinions. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion as to why that maybe the case here.

My question regarding FINRA and standard protocol during litigation among registered representatives was simply offered as a thought starter and by no means was meant to imply anything other then to provide a logical possibility to be considered by those with open minds.

I will no doubt return to observation mode and will only post if I have something substantive to contribute.
