Considering that we have applied for approval on an already existing approved technology, 1+ years for LTC's approval certainly does look suspicious, but more to me like some 'Big Interest' might be throwing some wrenches in the mix, if anything.

A fire under their arses would sure seem to be befitting, but I doubt a lawsuit would do much good when all they have to do is come up with any one of a number of excuses (understaffed or more tests needed, for example).

The only defense we/LTC has, is a good offense, ie; a man of experience such as Frank.

Not sure if they can be sued directly, especially for not approving a product. Think about the possibilities of the aftermath though. If a product is approved, and then turns out to be detrimental, the litigation possibilities are enormous. Class action suits against producers and resellers tie up the courts for years and generally leave affected parties holding a bag anyways. They have to look out for the public interest beforehand. Not an easy thing to do.
