Absolutely agree.

On the other hand, (talking about penny/subpennys non-reporters only) with so little (and incorrect) information available about most of the garbage out there, at least SOME luck is involved.

I know one guy that buys 1mil shares of just about every .0001 - .0002 stock he can find that looks the slightest bit interesting to him. Last I spoke to him, he had over 100 of them and "claims" to have done well OVERALL. It only takes ONE is his feeling.

IMO - Except for finding out about it, no luck needed here. It'll just take time.
