While I agree to some extent likwit, I don't think .015 was anywhere in their minds at the time. ARSC bottomed at .015 because the company had a need to sell shares to cover various costs and expenses. ARSC was not 'driven' down to .015. It was slow, over time, and that's where it ended before the reversal due to the lawsuit being requested to be dismissed.
