I do not think we will hear any rumors until any deal is done and then only in a SEC filing or a PR. I have already placed my bet that SW can pull it off.

I don't know when exactly when we will get off the pinks, but I believe that the hard work already has been completed. I think the Q is due out by the end of the month but I will have to double check.
