There is no question that the company wants to make a deal with the CD holders, in my opinion, it is the only way there can be a win-win-win situation for the company, CD holders and the shareholders. From you previous post I thought the rumor was that the deal was done. Now you say it is "in the works". So what's the "rumor" done deal or in the works?
