What folks are probably upset with you about is the intent of what you were posting. You originally posted the information like "Look what I found" and then people started replying back saying well the building has in fact been sold etc. A better way to frame your post was "Hey, remember me, I'm filing a lawsuit and if you are interested in doing/sharing some DD, here is what I have initially discovered but welcome assistance in verifying the information.
The same information you come across is the same info that us long investors want to know, is this a valid company that is operating on the legit or is it in trouble and taking us to the bank? If Peter is a crook I want to know. If he is a kind hearted, giving, community minded man, I would like to know.
Just a suggestion for both "sides". Personally I would like to know a way to find out how many cars have been bought and registered and SOLD for RVGD. They deal with new cars and have to title them right? Trying to understand the flow of who owns the actual vehicle at what point. GTMS I got since RVGD actually creates/builds them but it is the GTOs, Ridgelines, Solstices I am interested in understanding clearer.
